LONDON OFFICE SPACE

The client wanted to open a co-working space in the heart of the Hoxton creative hub. Having worked with the client for over 15 years on various projects, we were quickly able to provide several creative routes. The space needed to attract SMEs as well as individuals, so we decided to respond to the current demand for ‘resi-mercial’ environments. The design featured elements of biophilia which also helped attract the right audience. The space included varied types of working areas, breakouts, meeting pods and different types of furniture.

RECRUITMENT OFFICE (FAMILY BUSINESS)

We were approached by a family business to create an office environment to reflect their new brand identity. We developed an interior colour and material palette which the company could own. This was then applied to their head office, including an open welcome area, workstations, meeting / interview rooms, break-outs, and staff kitchen / diner. This included a bespoke room divider where staff could see though to the entrance and waiting area, while acting as a separation for anyone visiting.

RECRUITMENT OFFICE (50 STAFF)

Following COVID the client required a branded environment that would encourage employers to return to the office.
