The client already had planning permission for seven one and two-bed apartments across two floors in an affluent area of Leeds. With the end user in mind, we re-designed the layouts of each apartment, maximising every inch of space. We then designed the interiors for the kitchen / diner / lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms and community library, and provided technical drawings for GAs, decoration, flooring, lighting and electrical layouts.
